Swedish pop legend Robyn gloriously sang of robots on tracks like Fembot and The Girl And The Robot. Now the synthpop star will have her very own doppelganger , in robot form.
Swedish university students have begun a project dedicated to constructing a robot based on Robyn. Their wacky aim is for Robyn to interact both digitally and physically with her robotic counterpart.
The project is fully endorsed by the Scandipop star herself as she has visited the students and robot in progress at KTH university.

Dates have just been announced for the European leg due to kick off in Autumn in London on September 9th.
From there , the duo take in Birmingham , Manchester and Glasgow before hitting Holland , Switzerland , France , Poland , Germany , Denmark , Norway and finishing in Sweden in October. An American leg is still to be announced.with more European dates still to be announced.

Calvin Harris has smashed a chart record held by Michael Jackson , by becoming the FIRST ever artist to score EIGHT UK Top 10 hits from the same album. His current album 18 Months , has spawned the eight songs that have produced the stunning feat.
His latest collaboration with Ellie Goulding I Need Your Love , entered the Top 10 at Number 7 yesterday to break Michael Jackson's longstanding record.
The King of Pop , had previously scored an impressive seven Top 10 hits from his 1987 classic Bad. The Scottish DJ and producer begun his run of eight top 10;s back in June 2011 with Kelis assisted Bounce hitting Number 2. Disclosure have announced details of their hotly anticipated debut album. Hot on the heels of their acclaimed smash hit singles Latch and White Noise , the Laurence brothers unleash Settle on June 3rd.
