Britpop legends Cast will play a special anniversary show this December . The Scouse indie merchants will perform alongside the Riyal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra to mark the 20th anniversary of debut album All Change.
The special concert takes place on December 5th.
That album spawned beloved Britpop staples such as Finetime , All Right and Walkaway. It stayed in the UK album charts for a year as Cast became a permanent indie fixture throughout the 90s.
Lead singer John Power , formerly of fellow Scouse heroes The La's , said - " They have reached that point now where they feel ageless, and that a connection with part of me and part of you and a part of us all that is ageless doesn't get older and has always been, and it's a reaffirming sort of place to be."
Cast enjoyed a string of hits throughout the 90's with anthemic hits such as Free Me , Guiding Star , Beat Mama and Live The Dream.
They released four studio albums from 1995 to 2001 , before a brief return in 2011 with the album Troubled Times.
