Multiple Grammy & BRIT nominee Sam Smith has revealed the latest single to be taken from the million selling In The Lonely Hour.
Smith will release a re-recorded version of the stunning Lay Me Down , as the fifth and presumably final single from his massive debut album.
The track originally featured on Smith's 2013 Nirvana EP , and was one of the highlights of In The Lonely Hour.
It's set for release on March 15th.
Smith will perform at the Grammys on February 8th as he battles for 6 awards before taking to the stage of the BRITS on February 25th where he fights it out for five gongs.

Ahead of the release of his fantastic new single R E A L on February 8th , Californian based DJ/producer Le Youth , has premiered a new track on his Soundcloud page.
T O U C H samples Queen of Hip Hop /Soul , Mary J Blige's track I Am. Its expected be released as a single later this year.
Le Youth , real name Wes Adams , broke onto the scene in 2013 with the sublime C O O L. , which sampled Cassie's Me And U to superb effect. It dented the UK Top 30 and featured on The Playlist's 100 Best Songs of 2013/
The Ohio star sampled TLC's classic No Scrubs with the fierce Dominique Young Unique last year. He's expected to release his debut album later this year.
Whilst Take Me To Church continues to conquer the globe , Hozier has premiered the video for To Be Alone.
Set in his native Wicklow , its the latest track from his worldwide smash self tilted debut album.

It seems like only yesterday Lady Gaga was espousing the many platitudes and boasts that accompanied 2013's heavily hyped but misfiring ARTPOP. Now don't get me wrong , I loved ARTPOP. It was a solid , in retrospect , much underrated album that had some great moments. The campaign itself was disastrous.
Polarizing lead single in Applause , the lack of a video for the still brilliant Do What U Want. And no official single releases for the fantastic Gypsy or even Sexx Dreams. It was all a pretty glorious mess.
But as I've always maintained , Gaga is one popstar you just don't write off. And whilst Taylor is rightfully snatching weaves and breaking records , Gaga's next album could be something special. Something that will repair a lot of the critical and commercial damage of ARTPOP. Because when Gaga truly gets it right , she's on another level.
Reports have surfaced that Gaga has begun work on album number five. Legendary producer Niles Rodgers has been one of the names thrown round as he was pictured in studio with the star.Addto that Gaga has returned to RedOne , the man behind the icon making Pokerface.
Add to that , disco legend Giorgio Moroder is the latest name in the frame. Moroder releases his new album 74 Is The New 24 this Spring , with Sia and Kylie Minogue amongst the big names on board.
Moroder said of working with Mother Monster
“I was supposed to be in the studio with her a week ago, but I got a cold," said Moroder. "I’ll see her when I’m back. I have about five or six tracks, just basic ideas. Drums, keyboard, bass. I’m going to be surprised, I think – I don’t have a clue about the way she’s recording. Will she play the piano? Will I?”
He added: “This is for her new album – that’s the intention. I was hoping that maybe I can convince her to have one of the songs for my album. If I could convince her, well that would be incredible.”
“If I have a good track that could fit my album but not necessarily hers, that could be ideal.”

Mark Ronson has achieved a UK chart double this week. The British producer spends a sixth week atop the UK singles chart with massive Uptown Funk with Bruno Mars.
Meanwhile , his new album Uptown Special gave him his first UK Number1 since 2007's Versions chit the summit.
Uptown Funk is the longest running UK Number sice Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines in 2013. Ronson also becomes the first artist since Miley Cyrus in October 2013 to achieve a UK Number 1 single and album simultaneously.
Cyrus achieved the feat with Wrecking Ball and its album Bangerz.
As it stands Ronson is currently fighting it out with Fergie this week , to extend his run to seven weeks.
He's currently enjoying his first stay atop the US Billboard Hot 100 with the same track.
Uptown Funk is nominated for Best British Single & Video at next months BRIT Awards. Ronson previously won Best British Male in 2008
Rihanna has given fans their first glimpse of new material today with the release of FourFiveSeconds.
The Bajan star has teamed up with music royalty Sir Paul McCartney and Kanye West. The track is now available to purchase from iTunes and is the first taster of Rihanna's forthcoming eighth album.
There is no word yet on whether the track will feature on Rihanna's new album , but it again builds even more excitement for the release.
Rihanna has previously paired up with West on 2010's All Of The Lights and 2009's Number 1 smash Run This Town , alongside Jay Z.
West has already collaborated with McCartney on track Only One , which dropped on New Years Eve. West is expected to release the follow up to 2013's Yeezus later this year.

Ellie Goulding has premiered the video for the gorgeous Love Me Like You Do. The track features on the original soundtrack for the forthcoming Fifty Shades Of Grey movie , which is set to get pulses racing from Valentines Day.
The video shows footage from the raunchy blockbuster as well as a couple dancing in an empty ballroom as Goulding looks her usual stunning self.
The Fifty Shades soundtrack also features contributions from Jessie Ware and The Weeknd.
The soundtrack is set for release on February 10th
It appears as though Bajan superstar Rihanna has sampled Florence and the Machine , on her forthcoming eighth studio album.
A note has appeared registering a new RiRi track A Night , crediting Rihanna as well as Florence Welch and producer Paul Epworth.
Its thought Rihanna has sampled Only If For A Night , the opening track on Florence's last album , 2011's Ceremonials.
Neither artist has confirmed whether the sample will appear or in what form. Both Rihanna and Florence and the Machine are expected to release new albums this summer.
Rihanna has taken her longest gap between albums , as her last album was 2012's Unapologetic. Welch too has taken her longest gap , with her second album Ceremonials released in October 2011.
British popstars Charli XCX and Rita Ora have debuted the video for forthcoming single Doing It.
The Boom Clap singer and Voice UK judge have collaborated on the third single lifted from Charli XCX's forthcoming second album Sucker.
The video sees the pair go on the run from the law , in the Thelma and Louise-esque promo.
Charli XCX releases Sucker on February 16th. Both stars are nominated for British Artist Video at net months BRITS.
Madonna has revealed the final tracklisting for her forthcoming 13th studio album , Rebel Heart. Released March 10th , the album consists of 19 tracks and features guest appearances from Chance The Rapper , Nicki Minaj , N.A.S and unusually former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson.
The album is trailed by lead single Living For Love , released February 23rd. Madonna will perform the track for the first time at the Grammy Awards on February 8th. It's also been heavily rumoured that Madonna will perform at the BRIT Awards for the first time in 20 years.

The hotly tipped Years and Years have premiered the video for forthcoming single King. And its certainly a track that should usher in their coronation at the top of the charts come March.
The trio of Olly Alexander , Mikey Goldsworthy and Emre Turkmen have more than justified the tastemaker hype on this ebullient slice of pop.
The trio were recently crowned BBC's Sound of 2015. And with their debut album imminent ,they certainly will be.
The King video sees frontman Olly Alexander pushed and pulled around by a troupe of invisible dancers. The video was directed by Nadia , who directed Sia's mesmerizing Chandelier video.
Years and Years release King on March 1st and I'd wager it stands a pretty good chance of giving them their first Number 1.

George Ezra will release Cassy O as the next single from his current Number 1 album Wanted On Voyage.
The 21 year old releases the track on February 23rd. That's the same week in which Ezra takes to the stage at the BRIT Awards 2015.
Ezra secured a whopping 4 nominations including Best British Album , Best British Single for summer smash , the ubiquitous Budapest , Best British Male & Best British Breakthrough.
I reckon Ezra may very well sneak past Sam Smith to win Best British Breakthrough.
Cassy O follows the success of previous singles Listen to The Man , Blame It On Me and the massive Budapest. Quite possibly the finest song ever written about a Central European capital city.
Wanted On Voyage is currently spending its fourth non consecutive week atop the UK album chart after its release in June.
As expected Sam Smith and Ed Sheeran lead the pack as the nominations for this years BRIT Awards were revealed.
Smith adds to his six Grammy nominations with nods for Best British Male , Best British Album , Best British Breakthrough , Best British Single and Best British Video.
He will duke it out with fellow multiple nominee Ed Sheeran for Best British Male , alongside Paolo Nutini , George Ezra , Damon Albarn.
Ella Henderson and FKA Twigs lead the charge for the females with two nominations each. They battle it with Paloma Faith , Lily Allen & Jessie Ware for Best British Female. Allen previously scooped the gong in 2010.
George Ezra , also cleaned up with 4 nominations with Wanted on Voyage up for Best British Album and Budapest claiming a nod for Best British Single. His other nominations come in Best British Breakthrough and Best British Male
Meanwhile in the prestigious Best British Group category , past winners Coldplay go head to head with Royal Blood , Clean Bandit , One Direction and Alt -J.

When the BRIT Award nominations are announced this Thursday , it would be a grave injustice if one Jessie Ware wasn't among the Best British Female nominees.
Ware's sophomore effort Tough Love arrived back in October and cemented her as one of Britain's brightest female musical prospects. The alluring , laid back , late night soul made for an enchanting and rewarding listen.
You And I ( Forever ) , marks the third single lifted from the album. Ware's wispy vocals are as slinky and seductive as ever , over simple drums and guitar licks. It's another sophisticated track that should see the London chanteuse notch up another UK Top 40 hit on what is looking to become a very impressive resume.
And don't be surprised to see her duke it out with FKA Twigs and Paloma Faith for that Best British Female statue at next months BRITS.
Madonna is set to take to the stage at next months Grammy Awards in LA. The iconic star is expected to preform new single Living For Love for the first time at the star studded bash on February 8th.
Madonna took to Instagram to confirm the news and the performance will be eagerly anticipated and boost sales of the new track.
LL Cool J will host the awards show with other performers including Ed Sheeran, Ariana Grande , Sam Smith and Pharrell Williams.
Madonna memorably took to the stage at last years Grammys alongside Macklemore & Ryan Lewis to perform Same Love alongside a stream of gay and lesbian newlyweds.

Ballad Of The Mighty I , released February 23rd , features legendary guitarist Johnny Marr from The Smiths and will be the second single from forthcoming album Chasing Yesterday , with his High Flying Birds.
Speaking to XFM's Jon Holmes , Gallagher joked - "No it's still very much up in the air as far as I know," said Noel. "If I'm not playing, I'm going! So I'll be there. I always keep that weekend free if I can. I will state again I'm available, I'm gonna be there, shall I bring my amp and guitar? Shall I?"

Talking Body will be the next single from the Scandinavian star. The dark , sultry NSFW clip sees Lo hunting down her lover. It takes her from motels to sex parties in the stunning new video. The track has long been pegged as a highlight of the superb Queen Of The Clouds album.
Tove Lo had a massive 2014 with the success of Stay High , which became a US hit and saw her bag a support slot on Katy Perry's Prismatic world tour.

The queen of power pop Kelly Clarkson has made a triumphant return to the pop hemisphere with the premiere of new single Heartbeat Song , and announced details of her seventh studio album. Piece By Piece , looks set to be released March 2nd , and follows 2011's Stronger.
Clarkson has already discussed the new album saying it will be pop but also hinted at more intense tracks on the album. Heartbeat Song , will trailer the new album and it premiered today. As expected it's an anthemic return to form for the 32 year old singer , that doesn't stray too much from her usual power pop sound. Produced by Greg Kurstin , who helmed the mighty What Doesn't Kill You ( Stronger ) , it should see Clarkson return to the top of the charts.

Kelly Clarkson has confirmed her new single. Heartbeat Song will be released this Monday ( January 12th ) and will be herb first new material in over three years. Clarkson's last studio album , excluding her Christmas album , was 2011's Stronger.
Clarkson has claimed her forthcoming seventh studio album will be a pop album which will include a duet with someone she has already recorded with.
Charli XCX has teamed up with fellow Brit star Rita Ora on her next single. The Boom Clap singer will release a re-recorded version of Doing It.
It will be the third single lifted from second album Sucker. The album which has already been released in the US , has had its UK release delayed several times. It finally gets released on February 16th, the follow up to debut album True Romance.
Elsewhere , new The Voice UK judge Ora's bra-less appearance on The One Show caused 400 complaints this week. The How We Do singer's cream suit sans bra upset many of the show's easily offended viewers.
Ed Sheeran is set to relaunch VH1's classic Storytellers programme with an intimate gig at Dublin's famous Whelans's venue.
It will be the first VH1 Storytellers gig in over three years. Johnny Cash , Foo Fighters , Coldplay and David Bowie are amongst some of the iconic artiststhat have taken part in the show. This time around Sheeran;s Dublin gig will be broadcast live from Whelan's, which can play to a capacity of just over 450.
This will be Sheeran's smallest gig this year ahead of three mammoth dates at Wembley Stadium in June.
It's amazing to come back to perform at a place that means so much to me personally," said Sheeran. "I was only about 11 or 12 years old when I saw Damien [Rice] play at Whelan’s, and that night literally changed my life. The time he spent talking with me after the show made all the difference. It inspired me in a way that I only hope to do for someone else."
Hotly tipped UK trio Years & Years have unveiled the latest single to be taken from their increasingly anticipated debut album. King , released March 1st , got its first play on Zane Lowe's Radio 1 show. It's another monster track which justifies the tastemaker hype.
They continue to strike musical gold following on from Take Shelter and Desire. And it looks highly likely that the trio will be top the BBC Sound Of 2015 list tomorrow. The annual list is huge barometer of what isntipped to be big during any given year with Sam Smith and Adele past winners.
Calvin Harris is set to dominate the charts once again with another blockbuster collaboration. The Dumfries DJ has teamed up with US rock sisters Haim on the epic Pray To God.
It serves as the fifth single lifted from his recent fourth album Motion. Harris has already scored 3 Number 1 singles from the album including Ubder Control , Summer and Blame , with John Newman.
His last single Outside with Ellie Goulding continues to ride high in the charts. Harris has scored 8 UK Number 1 singles since his debut single Acceptable In The 80's in 2007.
He was recently named as the face of Armani's Spring/Summer collection , showing his amazing transformation from lanky raver to hunky and smouldering superstar DJ/
Meanwhile , Haim will release their eagerly anticipated second album later this year. It follows 2013's critically acclaimed Number 1 album Days Are Gone.
