Mark Ronson has achieved a UK chart double this week. The British producer spends a sixth week atop the UK singles chart with massive Uptown Funk with Bruno Mars.
Meanwhile , his new album Uptown Special gave him his first UK Number1 since 2007's Versions chit the summit.
Uptown Funk is the longest running UK Number sice Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines in 2013. Ronson also becomes the first artist since Miley Cyrus in October 2013 to achieve a UK Number 1 single and album simultaneously.
Cyrus achieved the feat with Wrecking Ball and its album Bangerz.
As it stands Ronson is currently fighting it out with Fergie this week , to extend his run to seven weeks.
He's currently enjoying his first stay atop the US Billboard Hot 100 with the same track.
Uptown Funk is nominated for Best British Single & Video at next months BRIT Awards. Ronson previously won Best British Male in 2008
