The Weeknd premieres gritty In The Night video

Fresh from topping The Playlist 101 Greatest Songs of 2015 list , The Weeknd has premiered the hard hitting new video for the amazing In The Night.

The video for the fourth single to be lifted from Beauty Behind The Madness features the Canadian superstars girlfriend Bella Hadid as a go-go dancer with murder in mind.

 

 

The rest of the video sees The Weeknd being tracked down by a mysterious gun toting villain.

Bella is seen sauntering off a cargo ship in her red bodysuit, a plastic red jacket and black thigh-high boots.

She hops onto the back of The Weeknd's motorcycle and they zoom off through a tunnel.

What's real and what isn't comes into play as the final image in the video shows that not all the beautiful dancers got off unscathed in the revolt - as one is seen floating in a deep sea among debris. 

Its another striking visual that draws inspiration from the criminal world and should give The weeknd another huge worldwide hit.


This week the singer was nominated for seven Grammy Awards , including the coveted Album Of The Year and Record Of The Year.
