Disclosure have revealed their sophomore album Caracal is set for release on September 25th. The Lawrence brothers first found success in late 2012 alongside Sam Smith on the sublime Latch , which became a US hit last summer.
The duo rose to prominence when debut album Settle dropped in 2013 and saw them nominated for a string of BRIT Awards last year , where they performed their huge single White Noise alongside Kiwi sensation Lorde. They were also nominated for a Grammy and worked with R&B icon Mary J Blige.
The duo have confirmed that Kwabs and Lion Babe will feature on the new record. They've already given fans a taste of the new album with Bang That and current single Holding On featuring the vocals of jazz singer Gregory Porter.
Howard Lawrence , said of the new album -" A caracal is an incredible wild cat that I became fascinated with while on tour last year; I just love the way they look, their physical capabilities and their anonymity. It felt like a perfect fit for our Wild Life brand too, so the caracal made perfect sense as the lead visual for the new album and over the course of recording, it also felt like a natural title for the new record too. "
